Here's just a little cheerful, weekend afternoon, shopping-with-the-girls outfit. I got this white cotton blouse at Mighty Swell vintage sale in December after many months of unsuccessful blouse hunting.
Do I look upset in this photo? I promise, I'm not! It's just the only shot that turned out.
Every girl needs a simple white blouse in her wardrobe. I like mine soft and flexible, as opposed to the crisp, sharp variety others might prefer. You can't tell from this picture, but this top has the tiniest little eyelets.
I threw on some thick hiking socks and a delicate gold necklace found at an antique store out in the boonies. And voilà! Ready for lunch with a pal.
